Bianca Crespo

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Bianca started her entertainment career in Los Angeles in 2012. She has worked in several aspects of film/TV production, most notably, assisting in the management of the archives in the Margaret Herrick Library at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, as well as working in development at Millennium Media.
She owned and operated her independent production company Santa Mira Studio from 2017 to 2024, which is when she created several successful original productions, such as Brain Burrow, a psychology podcast hosted by Mark D. Valenti, with guests that include William Sadler, Danielle Harris, Naomi Grossman, Lloyd Kaufman, Felissa Rose, and Debbie Rochon.
Her debut feature FREAK, filmed while in lockdown in August 2020, was distributed by Bayview Entertainment and released internationally on Prime Video and Screambox. She wrote, directed, and produced Pennsylvania's first immersive horror ballet entitled The Governess, a smash hit during its premiere weekend, with support from NBC and 93.3 WMMR.
Now a full-time writer/producer, her books include the companion novella to The Governess, poetry books Bury Me In Your Rose Garden and Holly., and her short story collection Cherry Diner, with a foreword by Fangoria veteran and Delirium Magazine editor-in-chief Chris Alexander.
She is currently working on her next book release, a new stage adaptation of The Governess, her second feature film, and the return of Bianca, her investigative show on YouTube.
